ABOUT OUR AGENCYWith 30 years of experience as a State Farm agent, I’ve built a well-established and respected agency just outside the Pennsylvania metro area, serving customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Over the years, I’ve prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnover—just 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement.
Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. I’m married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment.
We’re looking for go-getters who take initiative, care deeply about helping people, and are motivated to grow within a stable, loyal, and well-respected agency. If you’re seeking a career opportunity in a place that values community impact and lasting relationships, this could be a perfect fit for you.
